Please contact The Connections via email to request a booking.  The Connections will confirm availability for the event, usually within 3-4 days.  Please allow as much notice as possible, to avoid disappointment.

The Connections will send you an invoice prior to the event, confirming the venue, price and terms and conditions.  Invoices should be settled in full prior to or on the day of the event.  The invoice will contain details of the cancellation policy, in the event that The Connections are unable to fulfil the engagement.  Any fees paid in advance would be fully refunded

The Connections will require access to the venue at least 3 hours before the start of the event, in order to set up and perform a sound check.

All sound is produced by equipment owned by The Connections, hence no additional amplification or speaker system is required at the venue.

If The Connections are performing for only part of the occasion, the band stipulates that all other activities or performances must also maintain church standards. In particular, any dance/disco/DJ music must conform to church standards, along with appropriate lighting, volume, and atmospheric conditions.  

Volume will be set at an appropriate level that conforms to church standards.  One person only, designated by The Connections and the official activity organiser, will be responsible for informing The Connections of any sound quality and/or volume adjustments felt necessary during the performance.  

Any payment agreed prior to the event will be confirmed in writing to the official activity organiser.  The agreed fee, as it appears on the invoice to the official activity organiser, must be paid either before or on the night of the performance.  Payment accepted in cash or cheque.  A receipt on behalf of The Connections will be produced at the time of payment.  

The Connections reserve the right to withdraw their commitment to play in the event of sickness or other unavoidable absence of one the band members or personal or family crises. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund.
